This is a beautifully written and very uplifting book. It has the potential to be a reader that you are absorbed in from cover to cover, or it is also wonderful for turning to at times, to dip in and out of when you require that little bit of self help, or if you're wanting to reflect upon life and all of its philosophies. It is an inspirational read and for a comforting and it just sits well with my soul.
